A Twenty Minutes poem.


A change of schedule
has shaken up the day
and tossed all my tasks
on to their sides
I teeter along the edge of a decision
what to do next?
and I fling out my arms to keep my balance
while enjoying
a sense of stepping off the edge

  1. Me too, usually, but some days, and this was one of those days, I feel like the disruption just sent me flying into the air, like a bird, free to just leave the whole mess behind. It’s happening more and more to me in the past few years. It helps that I have no one dependent on me these days, and I can just let go…
