Not Until Tomorrow

A Twenty Minutes poem.

Not Until Tomorrow

Broken lines of thick gray clouds
shift across the sky
Tomorrow it will snow
but today
we walk here without boots and gloves
we can afford to let down our defenses
for a little but
tomorrow it snows.

Concrete snowballs.

Concrete snowballs.

  1. I made a lot of concrete items in the past, not recently due to my hand and eye issues, and concrete is very hard on your skin, that is a fact. I hope to do some more maybe next summer – it’s got to be done outdoors. These were just leftover bits I shaped, don’t know why that idea came to me, but I love them. In the years since this photo they have weathered beautifully.
